Appointments over 1 hour long must be booked 2 - 3 weeks prior
to the date you want to be treated to avoid disappointment, especially
if you can only come in the evening or Saturdays. Sometimes you
might be lucky as we do get cancellations.
Important Information Prior To Some Treatments
Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting
: Tint test required 24 hours before treatment.
Pedicures : If you
have Verucas or any infections you will not be treated. Please
wear open toe shoes if possible.
Waxing : Do not apply
creams on day of treatment as the wax isn't as affective.
Express Tan : Exfoliate
thoroughly on day of treatment.
Facials & Eye Treatments
: Contact Lens wearers should remove lenses before they arrive
or you can bring a container to put them in.
Self-tan : Wear loose
dark clothing and if you have long hair please bring a bobble.
Polite Notice
As we are run by a strict appointment schedule it is important
to start your treatment on time, therefore it would help if you could arrive 5-10 minutes early. This
gives you time to relax, have a drink and then we will do the
rest. If you are late for an appointment, the time will be deducted
from the treatment time.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel your appointment
please ensure you give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise
we will levy a charge of 40% of the treatment cost. Any client
on a course of treatments not showing will forfeit one treatment.
