Shelley has NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy. She is an Advanced Nail Technician and has NVQ in Electrolysis.
Nicola has an IHBC in Beauty Therapy and Electrolysis.
Both are fully trained by Decleor, Nailtiques and Sixtus.

In the salon, Shelley and Nicola have created a relaxed and friendly ambience.

Shelley says "many of our clients tell us that they appreciate how down to earth we are here. Some salons can be a little intimidating, where as here they feel totally relaxed - and the treatment starts as they walk through the door! Which is nice."

Nicola says "we are also often complimented on the cleanliness of our salon. Clients certainly notice the special attention we pay to hygiene."

Nicola and Shelley have owned the salon since 1999, and have built up a very strong client list.

Says Shelley "we have some clients who always book in for treatment when they are visiting family locally. A lady from the Isle of Man comes for non-surgical facelift and a lady from Cumbria comes in for electrolysis. A client comes in from London for waxing and tells us she will not use any other salon."
