If you have Verucas or infections you will not be treated. Please wear open toe shoes if possible.
Do not apply creams on day of treatment as the wax isn’t as effective.
Exfoliate thoroughly on day of treatment. Wear loose dark clothing and if you have long hair please bring a bobble.
Facials & Eye
Treatments Contact Lens wearers should remove lens’ before they arrive or you can bring a container to put them in.
Home Visits are subject to staff availability.
Appointments over 1 hour long must be booked 2 – 3 weeks prior to the date you want to be treated to avoid disappointment, especially if you can only come in the evening or Saturdays. Sometimes you might be lucky as we do get cancellations. Treatments over 2 hours require a deposit.
As we are run by a strict appointment schedule it is important to start your treatment on time, therefore it would help if you could arrive 5-10 minutes early. This gives you time to relax, have a drink and then we will do the rest. If you are late for an appointment, the time will be deducted from the treatment time.
Any prepaid treatments we will only refunded back in gift vouchers to the amount originally paid. Any products bought can only be exchanged if not used or a gift voucher for the amount will be given in cases of allergic reaction. Gift Vouchers are non refundable but can be used against products.
DEPOSIT SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits Requested as follows:
Treatments 1hour – £10
Treatments 1hour 15mins – 1hour 45mins – £15
Treatments 2hr + – £10 per hour in salon
Full Set of Lashes – £30
Microblading & Powder Brows – £50
All deposits are only refundable if it meets the terms set out below.
Transferable deposits are for treatments cancelled over 2 working days before treatment and transferred to your next booked treatment.
Deposits will be lost if:
- Treatment cancelled less than 2 working days prior to appointment date.
- Client not showing up for appointment.
- Client being to late to have treatment done.
Deposits are transferrable to next appointment if:
- Appointment is cancelled over 2 working days prior to treatment.
- Illness or death of you or family member.
- Your appointment time is able to be filled.
Refund of Deposit if:
- You cancel over 2 working days prior to your treatment date.
Ref: “working days” – our working days are Tuesday to Saturday.
Method of cancellation maybe:
- A call to the salon on 01204308100, either an answering machine message or to speak to a therapist.
- A message through our Facebook Messenger
- An email to email@example.com
If it is necessary to cancel your appointment please ensure you give us at least 2 working days notice. Any client on a course of treatments not showing will forfeit one treatment. Ay client using a gift voucher will lose the amount set out in the deposit terms above.
