Decleor Facials
Facials characterised by Aromatherapy Massage using essential oils. Decleor facials have been designed to nurture, tone and restore balance to the skin and to pamper, relax and soothe the inner self, leaving you feeling radiant and rejuvenated. All facials include a consultation and complimentary skin care analysis.
Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy, an energy which is all around us.
The method of receiving a Reiki treatment from a Reiki practitioner is a very simple process. The recipient simply lies on a couch and relaxes/ the practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms. A full Reiki treatment usually takes 1 to 1 ½ hours with each position held for several minutes. Reiki flows to the areas of need, soothing pan and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki also helps to restore balance in one’s life.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Reflexology is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands and the Reflexology treatment effects a physical change to the body.
Aromatic Spa Body Treatments
These include Aromatic Body Massage and Aromatic Body Envelopment. With these treatments you select from one of four groups – Detox, Relax, Flow and Tonic.
