Information Prior To Some Treatments

Lash /Brow Tinting, GDL & Lash Extensions - All require skin tests 48 hours before treatment.

Pedicures - Please wear open toe shoes. If you have Verucas or infections you will not be treated. 

Waxing - Do not apply creams on day of treatment as the wax isn't as effective.

Facials & Eye Treatments - Contact lens wearers should remove lens' before they arrive or you can bring a container to put them in.

Advice on Booking Appointments

Appointments over 1 hour long must be booked 3-4 weeks prior to the date you want to be treated to avoid disappointment, especially if yo can only come on specific days. I sometimes do get cancellatos so you might be lucky. Treatments 2 hours+ require a deposit of 20%.

Polite Notice

As I now run from a small studio, I ask if you could arrive on time for your appointment. If the gate is open please come through to thstudio, if closed please wait in your car until I am ready for you. Thank you.

Refund policy

Any prepaid treatments can only be refunded back in gift vouchers to the amount originally paid. Any products bought can only be exchanged if not used or incase of allergic reaction a gift voucher will be given. Gift Vouchers are none refundable.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are only refundable if it meets the terms set out below.

Transferable deposits are for treatments cancelled over 2 working days before treatment and transferred to your next booked treatment.

Deposits will be lost if: 

  • treatment cancelled less than 2 working days prior to appointment date.
  • client not showing up for appointment.
  • client being late to have treatment done.

Deposits are transferrable to next appointment if:

  • appointment is cancelled over 2 working days prior to treatment.
  • Illness or death of you or family member.
  • your appointment time is able to be filled.

Refund of deposit if:

  • you cancel over 2 working days prior to your treatment date.
